Years ago, I left my corporate job and family behind to move 5 states away. I was alone and isolated and didn’t know anyone. My cat and my dog were my only life line. I buried myself in accounting work every day and would cling to my girls at night. It was the height of the pandemic and I knew something needed to change.

I traveled back to my hometown where my husband was staying at the time. My girls couldn’t come with me. I was so scared to leave them with a stranger - even one with a reputable business. Most of the places were booked out for weeks. Finally, after what seemed like fifth call, I found someone to keep them. They sent me updates and shared photos with me while I was away.

They took my client experience to a whole new level because my family became theirs. I have a similar story about our veterinary office.
